My experience with Aymee and EFT was truly amazing. I consider myself a well-adjusted adult, but had some unresolved childhood issues. As my own children grew up these issues resurfaced and caused great anxiety. I sought out “traditional” psychological treatment. Traditional therapy, for me, turned out to be a waste of time and money. Honestly, I had resigned myself to the idea that these issues would never be resolved.
The EFT session was remarkable on many fronts. Aymee had limited knowledge of the scope, or the exact nature, of the issues. During the session Aymee’s intuition was dead on. She was able to very quickly identify the depth of the issues and asked very direct questions. Her questions led me to discuss very old memories at the core of my issues. Aymee was able to draw key points from these memories and turned them into affirmations so I could then release them.
A few days after the EFT session I experienced my first challenge in the form of a phone call. Amazingly, I did not feel the need to cut the conversation short and was not stressed out after the call. For years these had been very normal emotions and reactions with these calls. The emotions were not diminished – they were NON-EXISTANT! Aymee and EFT had accomplished in about an hour what weeks of traditional therapy could not do – peace. Thank you Aymee and EFT!!
